[Sca-cooks] Cheese, a progress report

Thanks for the help and advice. I had marked this as a "failed
experiment" and was still going to enter the cheese because
I feel a display should also discuss failed processes and state
the lessons learned in addition to the successful product.  I won't
put the cheese as a failed experiment but have also noted the
inconsistancies and mistakes.  The cheese tastes fine although
there are a couple of bitter spots I need to look at.

I've gotten some great advice and this has really increased
my knowledge of cheesemaking. I can't wait to start on the
next attempt.
