There's a television programme--
The research was commissioned by UKTV Food for the start of a new
series, The People's Cookbook.

It will be interesting to see if BBC America picks it up and brings it
over for broadcast here. But since it seems to be SkyTV-- maybe
it will be purchased by someone else.
