[Sca-cooks] lamb recipe

I have a question.  I am new to this list and new to the SCA.  I have access 
to lamb and would like to know a few recipes.  I haven't prepared lamb in 
any form before and my brother swears by it, hubby says he can eat it so 
therfore I figure I will kill two birds with one stone so to speak.  learn 
to do it period. *LOL*  my leanings are towards Celtic and Norse but I will 
accept any recipe, because a travelling cook may have happened by. *S*
