[Sca-cooks] Pumpernickel?

I don't know why I didn't think of the Cheese Board's
book, I even think I know which box it's in down in
the library.  Thank you!  Yesterday I came home from
dinner at my parent's house with Mom's german
cookbook.  There was no recipe for pumpernickel but
the pastries - my goodness!
