we made a killer raisinless rice pudding at estrella siege 
this year.\

we cooked rice with milk, honey and a little salt until it 
got nice and creamy/mooshie.  once it reached that stage, 
we threw in some finely chopped lemon peel.  served 
warm/room temp.

the lemony flavor just bloomed in your mouth.  and no 
eggs, no raisins and no cinnamon.  something different.

period or not, i don't know, but it was good!
