Perhaps a bit esoteric but you might also take a look at
Westbury, Lord, Handlist of Italian Cookery Books, Florence: Leo S.  
Olschki Editore, 1963
Excellent bibliography of Italian Cookbooks.
I am sure it is available on interlibrary loan.
