(if you, dear reader, don't get it, it's pork and kosher anything 
together in the same recipe)

BTW, we're having a severe shortage of Kosher-for-Passover (aka 
Kosher le-Pesach) matzohs here in NoCal. One cannot eat ordinary 
matzohs, since they must be made a particular way for Passover. And 
most folks cannot not substitute non-matzoh grain items, since most 
US Jews follow Ashkinazic dietary rules. So it's gonna be a really 
hard Passover for some folks - and another reason why i definitely 
prefer the Sephardi and Mizrachi Passover dietary rules.

Matzah chips, matzoh chops, matzoh chips, matzoh chops... chip-chop, 
chip-chop, chip-chop...
