[Sca-cooks] Cookie Exchange (was Recipegate)

Recipes would work fine for me; it's nearing the end of April here in
Northern Trimaris, and starting to get warm; I would be hesitant about
shipping food of most sorts. Also, recpies are a lot less expensive to
exchange. Just my opinion...
