I tried looking in the Antoinette Pope School Cookbook (the joys of working 
for a large university with a hotel school!), but unfortunately I had more 
luck finding the book than finding a recipe that matched your 
description.  Any other ideas?  It sounds like it would be a fun recipe to try.
