I have to agree with Antonia on this one. The moneys are reported 
separately for expenses, but I don't think there is the same requirement 
for income.

I know here in the Debatable Lands, we tend to break out prices for just 
about everything -- but that is because experience has shown that if you 
don't, someone will complain. Loudly. It's easier to just break it out, 
especially if you are in the habit. All-day sideboards are usually one-fee 
events (you either get the food or not), otherwise, we tend to do site fee 
(no food included), offboard (you get site+lunch), onboard (you get site, 
lunch, and dinner). This seems to work well here. Camping events are rare, 
and ones that include any feast at all are rarer here, so that isn't much 
of an issue.
