I think they're right, but most instant coffees have an off taste to
them that I don't like, so, since we brew coffee, both caf and decaf,
by the gallon around here, it's just as easy to use brewed coffee for
part of the liquid.

In my ice cream experiments, though, brewed espesso, as well as a bit
of powdered espresso makes a really delightful coffee ice cream ;-)
Still working on that recipe, though, so I won't post it ;-)
