At the most recent Caid Twelfth Night, we served most of the meats
simply roasted with sauces on the side. This worked very well,
providing enough accessability for the picky or allergic, but
sophistication for the experienced diners. And one can usually tempt a
timid eater to take Just One Bite with the sauce, yes?
