[Sca-cooks] Freezing a White Torta (Cheese Tort)

  Both Gunthar and I have seen tortas frozen prior to feast and defrosted without any problems here in Ansteorra within the last year.  Keep in mind that these were small mini-pan sized tortas, but they kept their almost cheesecake consistency quite well and the pastry held up just fine.
