Here's one pretty similar to the one we use, only here they're using
lobster to make Lobster Cantonese; Shrimp with Lobster Sauce is shrimp
served with the sauce for Lobster Cantonese.

We also marinate the pork and the shrimp before cooking...
I can tell you more about this, probably on Friday; the place is as
clean as we're going to get it, we've started cooking, and the sun is
going down...
