[Sca-cooks] Problems with sausage

My granda used to get 'suet' form the butcher shop when we made sausage and hamburger from wild game (EXTREMELY lean) meat. As I recall, it came in a whitish lump. Difficult to recall details, I was but a very young child.
(who learned to copy ELK-68/(cut) from a scrap of paper to a package of meat, long before she knew what writing was all about.
