[Sca-cooks] New Gourmet website and Carving that Peacock

It's been one of those weeks and I meant to mention this days ago.

In case people haven't seen the notice or an article, it turns out that
Gourmet magazine has launched a new website with more bells and whistles.

One of the articles posted right now is:
