Where would I get some so the sumac in question?

D'oh. I have this book, I have this recipe, and I should have just looked
through the Miscellany. I was quickly skimming al-Baghdadi for the use of
dried ground sumac. The use of the fresh berries to make a water for boiling
things in — yep, big "duh" on my part.
