[Sca-cooks] New Book - and commercial plug

I am back, albeit with a cold and hurting knee.
16 inches plus of snow here this week too.
Brear's new book seems to be delayed now, but I am glad to see that
this one by Johanna Maria van Winter is now available. There's been a 
number of
essays by her published in PPC over the years in case people are trying 
to place the name.
