You could export it to PDF format using something like Open Office 
(which is free and supports lots of goodness).

Then you could put the file on a web site somewhere and then just 
provide a link to it. If you don't have such a place to park the 
file, I would be happy to host it on either my server or the Caid 
Kingdom server (I'm a deputy web wright there) should the group 
desire to have such a thing.
