Interestingly enough, that feast was done by South Downs, which is Atlanta
:) So the person who did the feast in the florilegium may be someone who is
accessible to Serena!

This example isn't quite the same as you seem to be describing, but  
perhaps some of what they did might give you some ideas to work with.
