[Sca-cooks] Lethal drinks

Quite true. The fact remains that people should be
aware of the meds they are taking and not eat
something that can badly interact with those meds.

I'm allergic to shellfish (anything that turns pink
when you cook it - so shrimp, crab, lobster and
Crawfish). Does that mean that I should force the
government to outlaw those things? No. However, on
the other end, if I go to a restaurant and order a
steak and that steak comes with a house salad, should
I assume it doesn't have bay shrimp in it, even though
it's not noted on the menu? That happened to me. A
restaurant had bay shrimp in their house salad and
didn't give notice of it on their menu. I almost died
because I didn't know something harmful to ME was in
their house salad. Most people especically in 1987
when this happened wouldn't have thought that a house
salad had shrimp in it.
However, I didn't exactly sue the restaurant either.
