[Sca-cooks] South Beach (was Re: Rice)

I eat pistachio nuts for breakfast.  They have negligible carbs and are a lot of work for not too much caloric payout.  Along with a stevia sweetened herbal tea my morning is complete.

I've been known to make the sandwich baggie of nuts last until it's time for lunch.
