You may be scattered where you are, but not as
scattered as drachenwald.  

We tend to require paid reservations, either check,
cash or bank transfers, or because there are still
currency differences your flight reservation info if
you are from say UK, going to an event in Germany or
vice versa.

This helps deal with both the costs of those "period"
venues and the costs of feasts.
