[Sca-cooks] Pulled Sugar Penydes

Been looking again at the subject of sugar penides and have found that
they are mentioned as a decorative finishing ingredient in the 
Anglo-Norman Manuscript A
[MS. B.L. Additional 321085] . It's dated circa 1290.
See recipe 13 for "De amydoun." No recipe.
