A quick Google search on "avocado ice cream" turns up a number of 
recipes on the first result page.

I also seem to recall reading a few years ago about an ice cream 
maker somewhere in South America (Peru perhaps? I don't recall 
exactly) who specializes in unusual ice cream flavors (to American 
sensibilities at least). Apparently, avocado is one of his best sellers.
