[Sca-cooks] [Texas toast

Yuppers, we can buy "Texas Toast" at any ol' grocery store here in Nova 
Scotia. Extra large loaf of extra-thick slices of "bakers' fog", not as 
hearty as the original, I imagine. Just big, like everything from Texas is 
supposed to be, or so I'm told.
