[Sca-cooks] Why *X* and not *Y*?

Kangaroo steak is quite suggestive of beef, but significantly tastier 
(to my palate).
Very tender.

Emu steak, surprisingly since it is a bird, is also quite suggestive 
of beef, and
again significantly tastier (to my palate).  Very tender.

If you like your beef to taste bland, as many do especially in North 
America, then
you might not enjoy either the kangaroo or the emu.
