[Sca-cooks] brewing

I was aware of the limit in amount; 200 gallons, if I recall.

So...it's distilling that requires the inspection, not brewing?  I guess
considering all the moonshiners who had explosions, that makes some sense.

As for selling, I was thinking more of party favors, not profit.
