[Sca-cooks] Newbie question about dandelions

The various parts of the dandelion, including the roots when boiled for
a "tea", are also herbal remedies for various ailments.  The greens need
care in preparation or they are rather bitter - but one of the methods I
have used takes the first round of boil-water and uses it to treat skin
disorders (after cooling).
