my fave would have to be fresh shelled uncooked green peas.  Seriously.  Preparation is simple.
 
pull the green pod off the vine
Snap the vine end very near the point where the shell attaches to the vine and pull the string down the length of the pod
run a thumbnail the length of the pod to dislodge the seeds
enjoy
 
repeat as necessary
