Surely they have the right of appeal due to extenuating circumstances.
Surely with only 3 days laps, the BOD is not that hard
a$$ about the membership and royalties section of the Corpora.
All it would mean is that they are setting precidence and would probably
have to add a grace period for emergency situations.
