Mmmmm... You know... I've been trying to decide what I was going to do with
a pound of thawed sausage, since I wasn't really in the mood for just plain
eggs and sausage right now.
Maybe I'll try making scotch eggs for the first time ;-)

I learned mine from the local Scots Club..yummy with Lumbard mustard, or HP
sauce from England!!!

Even if they aren't period, they still make a good, picnic type lunch item.
