[Sca-cooks] Clotted cream, was The Omnivore's Hundred

I discovered Devonshire clotted cream in Adelaide Australia.  Even though it was 34 years ago, I still can remember the taste.  Yuuummmmmm. You can find Devonshire clotted cream in jars at Cost Plus+/World Market.  I haven't tried it yet because it was very expensive.  But one day ...
