[Sca-cooks] Silk Worms as Food?

Greetings!  A local SCAdian wonders if  anyone has "ever come across a
recipe that uses silkworms as an ingredient."  She writes,  "I know they
were 
eaten (and still are eaten today) but I don't have a recipe and I'm not
sure where to start to look for one. Can you give me some suggestions, or
some 
direction about where to start looking?"

Does anyone have any leads for her?  She's thinking of entering this into
an A&S competition.
