[Sca-cooks] Lamb (was Re: scallops)

I cook the lamb ... I do not eat the lamb.  My housemate LOVES it.  I worked sheep ranches wehn I were a kid ... and I have NEVER been able to abide the taste since.

 

Now I have had people tell me that "It just wren't cooked right ... you need to try it the way I make it.  NOPE ... still lamb.  Still (in my perosnal opinion) nasty.

 

 

I do hope you have better luck with your bride.
