[Sca-cooks] Easter dinner

Somehow, while doing some "Meals on Wheels" dinner-ettes 
for a couple in our barony who are having to spend too 
much time to, from and in the hospital w/ their baby, i 
managed to get a decent dinner done for us.  you know how 
it is... "oh, you're having troubles?  here!  let me throw 
some food at them.  it may not help but it won't hurt".

Roast pork loin, baked sweet potatoes and peas.  not fancy 
but tasty.  husband was appreciative it came out of the 
kitchen chaos.  oh, yes... and one cadbury egg for 
dessert.  for me.  ;D
