You may not have realized it but
it was included as part of the MKCC proceedings from November 2007. It's in
my contribution which was the booklet/book titled
/A Ladies Cabinet Opened/ which was included in the MKCC proceedings CD-ROM
and given out in November of that year.

I was positive that you were present that year and gave a talk or two at 
that MKCC.

Didn't you attend that MKCC?
