Dang-and I was thinking of a Feast starting with fried Green Tomatoes and ending with Funnel Cakes. <G>

Don't think nice little fried pieces of vegetable. From the early recipes I've seen, the frying appears to reduce the tomatoes to a chunky sauce.?
