[Sca-cooks] Looking for Sca-cooks Digest, Vol 40, issue 41 and 45

For some reason I don't seem to have gotten the recent Vol 40, issues  
41 and 45. I think these were from August 13 and 14 or 15.

If someone could forward these two to me, I appreciate it.
