[Sca-cooks] Tartoufles was Yams was Substitute for Potatoes? Digest, Vol 40, Issue 92

I am convinced that the 'tartoufle' mentioned in Casteau, and the
'cartouffle bouillie' mentioned for Francois I, are the common
potato.
