[Sca-cooks] New Challenge

Best laid plans. Oh well, new grammies syndrome comes with lack of sleep.
What I was hoping to stimulate was a conversation on the various religious
"cuisine" requirements. Since Judith was talking about Jewish Kosher, I ran
down that road. I thought it might help out some of our newer cooks when
it comes to accommodating those with that kind of special requirement. I do
find that is looks like a personal decision on just how far to take the food
rules.
