Seat pants?  uhm ... I have pants without seat ... but I call them 'chaps' and I wear them while riding my bike.  I have managed to get frost bite on my ....... er   ah ... em ... cheeks on the rare occasions when I wear them mid-winter, so perhaps I should look into these 'seat pants' you are talking about . . .
