I will suggest eliminating the term "remove" from your vocabulary. The
proper term is "course." You can reference the particulars in this article
by Alys Katherine http://dialup.pcisys.net/~mem/course.html .
I'll leave the dishes to thoise more experienced in the particular cuisines.
