[Sca-cooks] Labneh as a substitute for "cream cheese"

If one makes the trip to Ann Arbor, Zingermans has a division now
called the Creamery. They make a fresh cream cheese with no gums
and a longer setting time. Only keeps for two weeks.
It's maybe 4 times more expensive than Philly.
