You said it just fine, Ana. The discussion we just had was mostly about which herb(s) are components of the za'atar spice blend. We understood that the olive oil was used as a dip or drizzle on the warm pita. Mmm. I like that, too. I think I'll make that for the table bread this coming Friday night.
