i wholly agree.  i was struck every week by the same 
thing.  no tantrums, no super egos, no mr. pouty faces....

what a pleasure.

i love hell's kitchen (vicarious pleasure?) but i keep 
wanting to pass out hairnets to some of those contestants! 
 good lord!  i think appearance is as much a part of 
professionalism as knowledge and execution.
