[Sca-cooks] cream cheese

I use the Greek Yogurt in my mashed potatoes instead of sour cream or even
cream, and they turn out fantastic!  Rich and creamy to the mouth and your
waistline thanks you, too!  In fact, I am using this type of yogurt as a
substitute whenever I can because it is a great product to use.
