[Sca-cooks] OP - roast beef accompaniment

Personally I would love a fresh (not cooked) cranberry/raspberry relish. It 
would go with the beef and the turkey.    A rice medley (wild and other 
rices cooked in a broth/butter with almonds) would also be a great addition. 
Of course I am in Minnesota where wild rice is easy to find (I have been 
paid in wild rice )  and pick my own wild raspberries in the summer:)
