Depending on cooking time, temperature, and ingredients, little, some,
or most of the alcohol can remain.
For example, if there are absorbatives like breadcrumbs, they can hold
slot of the alcohol and prevent it from evaporating.
It is a widely believed fallacy that all of the alcohol "cooks off."
