[Sca-cooks] Need a good online source for Duck Fat

This is the local place I would go to, they did a  few years ago have a wild 
foods market here in Northern  Minnesota.  If they don't have what you want 
at a good price they (Mary)  should  have a good idea where you can get it. 
They raise LOTS of ducks :)  Good Luck
